You never know what to expect in car dealerships! I worked with Raul Pena recently on a purchase of a CR-V. We like the vehicle but Raul made the transaction an easy, and pleasant experience. He wasn't pushy, no pressure, just consistently & straightforwardly answering my questions, and then bent over backwards to help get the transaction done quickly. The gentleman who handled the processing of my car was Sharif. I’m sorry I didn’t get his last name. He went out of his way to make the experience as simple and pleasant as possible. He was very pleasant and helpful. I purchased my car at Bernardi Honda and have always taaken it back to Bernardi’s for any work that was needed and I have never been disappointed.
